FINNEGAN Thomas Everett Finnegan, age 85 of Norwalk, died Monday, December 14, at Southport Manor. He was the husband of Rita Connors Finnegan and Cheryl Rago-nese of Trumbull. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday 11:30 a.m. at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 206 East Ave., Norwalk, with burial to follow at Willowbrook Cemetery in Westport. Tom's family will receive friends at the Magner Funeral Home, 12 Mott Ave., Norwalk, today from 5 to 8 p.m.
