HAYES, THOMAS E., 81, of Louisville, passed away at his residence on Thursday, February 20, 2014. A loving husband, proud father, and grandfather- Tom loved spending time with his family, fishing, and playing golf. Tom leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife of 65 years, Millie Hayes; daughter, Terri Bass (Steve); son, Scott Hayes (Terri Lynn); and six grandchildren, Joel Richardson (Sherry), Anna Bass, Elle Bass, Collin Hayes, Lorin Hayes, and Nolan Hayes.
