WILLIAMS--Thomas C., Augusta County, VA, died February 6th, 2014. Tom graduated from Mercersburg Academy, Washington and Lee University and University of Virginia Law School. He served in the US Navy and was honorably discharged as a full lieutenant. He worked for Lehman Brothers first in London then NYC and subsequently joined Lazard Freres working for both NYC and Paris offices. He is survived by his daughter Holland C.
