ALLENTOWN -- Thomas B. Hensley III, 21, died Thursday at his home. Born in Trenton, he lived in Allentown for most of his life.A forklift operator for Ryder Logistics in Cranbury, he was a U.S. Army veteran serving with 95 Bravo 10 Company.He was a BMX free-style rider and loved music.He is survived by his parents, Rose Marie and Matthew J. Simmons III of Allentown; two brothers, Matthew J. Simmons IV and his wife Christie of Bordentown, and Mark A. Simmons and his wife Pamela of Bordentown; two sisters, Megan E. Simmons of North Hanover and Krystal M. Simmons of Allentown; his maternal grandmother, Helen Giles of Bordentown and his paternal grandparents, Arleen and Bob Marlin of Bordentown; his biological father, Thomas B. Hensley Jr.; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.Funeral service will be held 8 p.m. Monday at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St., Allentown. The Rev. Dr. Stephen Heinzel-Nelson will officiate.Friends may call 5-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.Cremation will be private.Memorial contributions may be made to the Allentown First Aid Squad, PO Box 252, Allentown, NJ 08501.
