(Berube) St. Cyr, 73, of 315 Belcher Road, formerly of Fitchburg, Mass., died Sunday, Jan. 12, in Spartanburg Regional Medical Center after an illness. Mrs. St. Cyr was born on June 13, 1929 in Fitchburg, the daughter of Camille and Yvonne (Chabot) Berube. Before retiring she had worked for New England Telephone Company and Selig Manufacturing Company.She leaves her husband, Rene E. St. Cyr of Boiling Springs; one daughter, Kathy Y. Norton of Boiling Springs; three sons, Rene E. St. Cyr Jr. and John J. St. Cyr, both of Boiling Springs, and James A. St. Cyr of Inman, S.C.; five sisters, Doris Beauvais and Claire Beaudoin, both of Leominster, Mass., Germaine Cox, Rachel Leger and Elaine Craigen, all of Fitchburg; three brothers, David Berube and Rene Berube, both of Fitchburg and Raymond Berube of Wright City, Mo.; 11 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. ST. CYR -- On Jan. 12, Therese M. (Berube) St. Cyr, 73, of Boiling Springs, S.C., formerly of Fitchburg, Mass. The funeral will be held Saturday, Jan. 18 from the Aubuchon-Moorcroft Funeral Home, 132 Woodland St., Fitchburg, with a Mass at 9:30 a.m. in Madonna of the Holy Rosary Church, 118 Theresa St., Fitchburg. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Fitchburg.
