Theresa Mary (Albanese) Shea, 88, of Mary Scano Drive, Worcester and formerly of Maynard, died Wednesday, Oct. 20, 2010 at the Christopher House of Worcester. She was born in Waltham, daughter of the late Michele and Madalena (Scalia) Albanese. She was the wife of Michael Shea for 56 years. Mrs. Shea began her working career at Waltham Watch Company and was most well known for her work with Pediatric Dentist Dr. Hoover in Concord where she worked for 36 years. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two brothers: Joseph Albanese husband of the late Adeline Albanese of Arlington and Vincent Albanese and his wife Josephine of Waltham, two sisters: Frances Albanese of Waltham and Rosemarie Burgess and her husband Roger of Maynard and many nieces and nephews including her caregivers Michael and Laurie Albanese of Maynard. Friends were invited to call at the Fowler-Kennedy Funeral Home, 42 concord St., Maynard from 6 - 8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 26. A prayer service was held at 6:15 p.m. Burial will be at a later date.
