Obituary of Theodore-P. Barton


->Theodore P. Barton, 58, of Windsor, passed away on Wednesday, October 20, 2010, after a short illness. He was predeceased by his mother and step-father, Joyce and Marshall "Bud" Preston; and his father and step-mother, Russell and Rosemarie Barton. He is survived by his longtime companion, Sheila Stark; his children, Mona Dowie, Michael Stevens, Stephanie VanRyan, Kelly Stark, Brian Fravala, Michael and Larrett Stark, Carl and Barb Stark, Kevin and Penny Stark, and Richard Stark; his grandchildren, Kaylee, Brianna, Justin and Allyssa, Zack, Crystal, Mark, Jessey, Brandon, Ashley, C.J., Thomas, Skylynn, Anthony, and Joe; his great-grandchildren, Kierra and Brandon, Jr.; his brothers and sisters, Victor Barton, Darlene and James Coleman, Tamy and Brian Miller, Roxanne and Michael Draht, and Russell and Sarah Barton. Theodore was born in Waverly, NY and spent much of his life there before moving to Windsor 16 years ago. He worked for many years at Leprino Foods in Waverly and Door Fab in Binghamton. He loved music and dancing and was an avid fan of NASCAR, attending many races. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 am on Monday, October 25, 2010, at Wm. R. Chase & Son Funeral Home, 737 Chenango St., Port Dickinson. There will also be a memorial service in the Waverly area to be announced at a later date.
