JONES, Thelma L., 84, of Lake Placid, Florida, passed away Tuesday, November 2, 2004 in Lake Placid. She was born October 30, 1920, in Union, South Carolina, and had been a resident of Lake Placid since 1978, coming from Lake Worth, Florida. She was a homemaker, of the Baptist faith and a member of the O.E.S. in Lake Worth, Florida. She is survived by: her husband, Emmett F. Jones, of Lake Placid; granddaughter, Leigh Jones, of Denver, Colorado; and three great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held Friday, November 5, 2004, at 11:30 A.M. at Lakeview memorial Gardens, Avon Park. Visitation with family will be held preceding the service from 9:30 until 11:00 A.M. at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home, Sebring.
