<!-- DisplayFullObituaryText -->Bryant, Thelma Jacqueline Harned,born October 31, 1909, died October 8, 2014, at her son's home in Clearwater, FL. She was a native of Boston, KY, and a graduate of Spencerian Business College in Louisville. Following her marriage to Rev. Walter Earl Bryant in 1933, she served with him in Baptist churches in Kentucky and Georgia until his death in 1980. She was a lifelong avid fan of the University of Kentucky Wildcats. Over the past 15 years, she has lived with her son and daughter-in-law, David and Marilyn Bryant in Clearwater. She was a member of Mt. Moriah Baptist Church in Boston. In addition to her son and daughter-in-law, she is survived by a grandson, D. Michael Bryant, two great-grandsons, Shawn and Benjamin Bryant, a great-great-granddaughter, Elayna Bryant, and numerous beloved nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Saturday, from 11 a.m. at the Kappel Funeral Home in Boston with the funeral to follow at 2 p.m. at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church.
