Thelma Frye James Harris, 77, 184 Gulley Road, died May 17, 2002, at her home. She was a retired textile employee and member of Beaverdam Baptist Church. Surviving are daughters, Pam Hawkins, Susan Patton and Shirlee Brown, all of Gaffney; sons, Larry James and Roger James, both of Gaffney; 15 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. tonight at Shuford-Hatcher Funeral Home. Graveside services: 3 p.m. Monday at Oakland Cemetery with the Rev. Dean Patton officiating. The family is at the residence.
