SMITH, Terry Robert July 24, 1943 - October 26, 2009 Passed away at the Ottawa Hospital General Campus in his 66th year. Survived by his loving wife and best friend forever Donna, four loving children Dawn-Marie of Pembroke, William (Marg) of Ottawa, Maurice of Osgoode and Michael of Ottawa; grandson Brandon of B.C. and sister Margaret of Digby, Nova Scotia. Will be greatly missed by Joyce (Gary) of London, Peter (Marlyn) of Pembroke, Pauline (Jim) of Petawawa, Wendy of London and Albina of Combermere. Predeceased by his parents Alda and Alden Smith of Digby, Nova Scotia, brother Carl and sister Mary Lou. Will be missed by many nieces and nephews, family and wonderful old friends. Terry had a long career in the Military and later Carleton University. He retired in 2000. Many thanks to the staff at the Ottawa General 5 West and critical care I.C.U. and Dr. Leahy and all the staff at Kemptville District Hospital. Memorial Service will be held at Grant Brown Funeral Home Rolston Chapel, Kemptville on Sunday, November 1 at 2pm. Reception to follow at the Funeral Home. Terry will live in our hearts forever, never forgotten, rest in peace my love!
