March 12, 2005, of Holland, NY, loving husband of Sandy Baker Smith; devoted father of Michael (Julie), Brian and Eric; dearest grandfather of Griffin, Jaxon and Colten; brother of Griffin Jr. (Betty), Bert (Nancy), Jake (Pennie), Merritt Sr. (Lois) and the late Preston Sr.; brother-in-law of LaVonne Smith; also survived by an uncle, aunts and numerous nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends on Monday and Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the WOOD FUNERAL HOME, 784 Main St., East Aurora.
