SMITH Teresa Price Smith, 78, passed away on Thursday morning, September 16, 2010. Teresa was the fourth child of the Late Deacon John Thomas and Rosa Lee Price. She lived her entire life in Jacksonville, Florida. She graduated from Stanton High School, Class of 1951. Afterward she went to earn her B.S. Degree and her Master Degree from Florida A&M University. Teresa taught school here in Duval County for over forty years. Her Church membership was with the First Baptist Church of Jacksonville. She is survived by three sisters, Geneva Miller of Detroit Michigan, Floris Price and Barbara Peterson of Jacksonville; three brothers, Johnny Lee Price of Washington, DC, Tom Earl and Rev. George A. Price (Jennie) of Jacksonville. She has a number of nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of sorrowing friends. Funeral Services will be held at her Church in the Hobson Auditorium, on Thursday, September 23, 2010, at 11:00 a.m., Rev. Steve McCollum, Officiating. Visitation will be held at the mortuary on Wednesday from 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. and in the Church on Thursday from 9:30 a.m. Interment Restlawn Cemetery.
