Teresa Kay Martin, 42, passed away Friday, Oct. 19, 2007, at her home in Seymour. Mrs. Martin had attended Calvary Baptist Church in Seymour. She was the manager of the bar at the VFW in Seymour and helped with Bingo night. Born on Aug. 17, 1965, in Lincoln County, Ky., she was the daughter of Leonard Stroud and Edna Hodge Stroud; her father preceded her in death and her mother survives in Seymour. Other survivors include children, Danielle Martin, Ralphie Pierre; a grandchild, Aydan Wilson; sisters, Patricia Stroud, Lisa Organ, Paula Smith, Lil Marsh, Jerri Campbell, Christina Alcorn, five brothers, Lonnie (Janet) Stroud, Tim Stroud, Leonard Stroud, David (Karen) Stroud, and Charles Stroud; and a best friend, Lori Barnett. She was preceded in death by two children, Michael Blackburn and Patty Jo Blackburn; and a one niece, Onieda Blewitt. Brother Kelly J. Reed will conduct funeral services at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Voss Chapel, Seymour. Burial will take place at Riverview Cemetery, Seymour.
