Teresa Jean Greer SPARTANBURG, SC-- Teresa Jean Greer, 44, of 315 Bethesda Drive, died Saturday, February 19, 2011, at her home. Born July 28, 1966, in Spartanburg, she was a daughter of Emma Jean Howell and the late Paul Frederick Hughes, Sr. and stepdaughter of Robert Kenneth Howell of Jonesville. She was of the Christian faith. Additional survivors include her husband, David Greer; four daughters, Ashley Fortner and Casey Richmond, both of Boiling Springs, Jessica Richmond of Woodruff, and Jennifer Hargrove of Simpsonville; a son, Mathew Richmond of Charleston; two sisters, Kimberly Haulbrook of Boiling Springs, and Tina Peek of Charleston; three brothers, Johnny Peek of Startex, Freddie and Rodney Hughes, both of Spartanburg; and six grandchildren. Visitation will be 2:00-2:45 p.m. Monday, February 21, 2011, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 p.m. at the Chapel, conducted by the Rev. John H. Petty, III. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Teresa Greer Fund, PO Drawer 1530, Spartanburg, SC 29304. The family is at the home.
