Teresa Jean Carter Teresa Jean Carter, 53, died Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2002. The graveside service will be at 1 p.m. EST Monday at Culley's MeadowWood Memorial Park. Family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. EST Sunday at Culley’s MeadowWood Funeral Home, Timberlane Road chapel (893-4177). She was loved by her family and will be missed by all. Survivors include her parents, Nathan and Doris Adkins of Tallahassee; two brothers, John Adkins of Tallahassee and Michael Kelly Adkins of Rutherford, N.J.; and many nieces and nephews.
