Memorial services for Teresa (Hancock)Collins, 45, who passed away on May 25, 2009 in Daytona Beach will be held at 7 p.m. on Monday, June 1, 2009 at Allen-Summerhill Funeral Home, on 17-92 in Orange City. Teresa was born in Clearwater and moved to Orange City at the age of three. She was preceded in death by her father, Wallace Hancock. Survivors include her mother, Ricki Hancock; brother and sister-in-law, John and Trisha Hancock; nephew, John Wallace Hancock, all of Orange City; and her daughter, Jessica Marie Collins, of Port Orange. In lieu of flowers, donations to The Salvation Army, 560 Ballough Rd., Daytona Beach, FL 32114 would be appreciated.
