Obituary of Thelma-Mae Whitaker

WHITAKER, THELMA MAE 92, of Orlando, passed away Friday, May 20, 2005. She was born in Kernsville, NC; she was a retired doctors assistant in Poughkeepsie, NY. She was a member of Radiant Life Assembly of God Church. Mrs. Whitaker is preceded in death by her husband, Albertis Whitaker, Sr. and son, Albertis Whitaker, Jr. Survived by daughter, Veronica "Ronni" Whitaker of Orlando; sisters, Elizabeth Jackson of Winston Salem, NC, Pauline (Joe) Whitaker, and Altie Field, all of San Diego, CA. Cherished "sons" and "daughters" Lottie Byrd, Lott and Shirley Tomlinson, Charlotte and Willis White, Elaine and Harley Williams. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and her Radiant Life Church family and many friends. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday May 25, 2005 at 2:30PM at Radiant Life Assembly of God Church, 8151 Clarcona Ocoee Road, Orlando, FL 407-299-7460, with Pastor Duane Cromwell officiating. Visitation at the church from 2-2:30PM before services. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in memory of Thelma to Radiant Life Assembly of God Church.
