SMITH--Sylvia Butensky, of Ardsley, NY, formerly of Upper Nyack, NY died on November 4 at the age of 88 years. A Registered Dietitian and Former Director of Food Services at the Rockland County Infirmary, in Pomona NY. Predeceased by Dr. David J. Smith, her husband of 64 years. Survived by her three daughters, Judith (Brian) Dobbs of London, England, Lois (Charles) Goldsmith of Croton-on-Hudson, NY and Diane of New York, NY and grandchildren David and Charlotte Dobbs and Michael and Jonathon Goldsmith.
