SMITH, Sylvia Mary Elizabeth (nee Ellis) Peacefully at Longfields Manor in Barrhaven on Saturday, July 12, 2008 at the age of 86 years. Beloved wife of the late Ralph Smith. Sylvia was born in Croydon, England and came to Canada as a war bride in 1945. Loving mother of Earl and daughter-in-law Sheryl and cherished grand-mother of Craig and Tara. She will be remembered by her sister and brothers, Margaret Guntrip (Ron), Arthur (Joan), Sid (Sue), Robert (Janet), Peter (Ann) and David (Alma). Aunt to many nieces and nephews in England.
