Raymond - Susan M. "Sue" Rowe, 70, died peacefully on April 10, 2014, at the Rockingham County Nursing Home in Brentwood after a period of failing health.She was born May 22, 1943, in Saugus, Mass., daughter of the late Arthur and Florence (Melanson) McCusker.Sue was employed by Lucent Technologies in Andover, Mass., for 23 years. She retired as an inspector. Susan also served as a union representative for the Communications Workers of America. Sue had resided in Raymond for the past 30 years.She generously volunteered her time as "Peaches" the clown with the Pioneer Clown Club. She also enjoyed quilting.Mrs. Rowe was predeceased by two sisters, Marilyn McCusker and Muriel Bernier, and a brother, James McCusker.Sue is survived by her loving husband, Joseph Rowe of Raymond; two sons, Arthur of Virginia Beach, Va. and William "Bucky" of Washington; three daughters, Florence of Litchfield, Jodi of Concord and Shannon of Danville, Vt.; 13 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law Arthur and Jacquelyn McCusker of Hampstead; sister Rosemarie McCusker of Exeter; sister Margaret Pfifferling of Haverhill, Mass.; sister Mary Bowles of Groveland, Mass.; sister-in-law Celeste McCusker; brother-in-law George Bernier; and numerous nieces and nephews.The family offers special thanks and appreciation to Rockingham County Nursing Home, especially the staff of D1 Wing, for taking such personal and wonderful care of Sue. . services: Calling hours will be held Monday, April 14, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Brewitt Funeral Home, Raymond. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Tuesday, April 15, at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Church, Epping.
