CARTER Susan Elizabeth Carter, 64 years young, passed away on March 19, 2009. Susan was employed by Baptist Medical Center Beaches for over 20 years where she had many friends that she loved dearly. She was a member of the Beaches Area Historical Society. She is survived by her son, Erin of Jacksonville Beach. A Celebration of Susan's Life will be held at 7:00 pm on Thursday, April 2nd in The First Christian Church, 2125 Oceanfront Neptune Beach 32266.
