ALLEN BAKER FRASER WRAY Susan Elizabeth January 26, 1944 - March 21, 2005 On March 21st, Susan succumbed to a devastating illness at Metropolitan Hospital where she was guided through the gates of death in the arms of her loving son, and with her beloved husband, John Wray by her side. Susan's life had many chapters that flowed like a compelling novel; filled with love, romance, travel and sorrow. In her early years her striking beauty opened many doors for her. She was proud to be Miss Freedom Festival, and subsequently represented Windsor in the 1964 Miss Canada pageant. She once even tried her hands at auto racing. Susan was an incredibly gifted kindergarten teacher, who treasured her students dearly. She was a talented cook and loved to entertain her friends and family. She truly enjoyed making people happy. Her life changed directions many times, especially when she lost her second husband, Tom Fraser to a tragic auto accident. Susan traveled the world over and craved new experiences. She even spent a full year with her husband John in a beach house on the remote island of Rarotonga, located in the belly of the South Pacific. Without a doubt, Susan lived her life like there was no tomorrow. Her free spirit will live on through her only son, Bradley Baker, his wife Brandy and their family. Saying goodbye is a part of the human condition that helps us heal. Please say "goodbye" to Susan in a way that puts a smile on your face.
