Susan E. Gray April 14, 1953 - August 9, 2012 Danielson - Susan E. Gray, 59, of Danielson, died Thursday morning at the Backus Hospital. Born in Norwich on April 14, 1953 she is the daughter of Lois (Camley) Gray of Franklin and the late Blon Gray. Susan was a graduate of The Lyman Memorial High School class of 1971 and received her Associates degree in General Studies from Three Rivers Community College in 2008. Prior to her retirement she was employed by the Ames Department Store as a receiving manager. Surviving is her mother, a daughter Robin Gray and her domestic partner Todd Laroux of Danielson, a grandson Logan Gray of Danielson; two sisters Patricia and her husband Vincent Kornacki of Franklin and Betty and her husband James Williamson of Canterbury; nieces and nephews Jennifer Toth, Michael Kornacki, Blon Williamson, and Lucas Williamson; and her beloved Boston Terrier "Baby". A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday at 1 P.M. in Plain Cemetery, Under the Mountain Rd., Franklin. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Humane Society of CT, 169 Old Colchester Rd., Quaker Hill, CT 06375. Arrangements are by the Labenski Funeral Home.
