Susan was a loving wife, devoted mother and a friend to all. She often helped others by listening or praying and asking others to pray for those in need. She proudly opened South Shore Pizza in 2011 and operated it until she decided to go back to college. She was currently enrolled in courses to become an ultrasound technician. Susan made sure that even in death she was able to help others. As an organ donor she was able to help 7 recipients and their loved ones. Susan is survived by her husband, David Williams; children, Joshua Garner, Michael Williams, Michael Fritchman, Andrea Stainrod; her sisters, Sharon Thompson and Ginger Spradlin; father, Steve Garner; mother, Susan McGowan; stepdad, Mitch McGowan; grandfather, Hubert Garner; grandmother, Juanita Cox; 2 nieces and 6 nephews. She is now reunited eternally with her 2 brothers, Bill Partin and Mitchell McGowan. Service was held Oct. 20, at First Baptist Church of Ruskin.
