Funeral services for Mrs. Sue Pegues Bailey 94 will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday December 24 2004 at Andrews Chapel United Methodist Church in the Huntersville Community with Reverend David Worley officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Lawrence- Sorensen Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Bailey died Wednesday December 22 2004 at The Parkview in Memphis TN. She was born in Madison County daughter of the late Hazael Hewitt and Sallie Cole Pegues. Mrs. Bailey was a member of the Andrews Chapel United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Bruce Bailey in 1973. Survivors include three nieces Blance Cole of Jackson Sally Burson Richards of Calara AL and Mary Burson Jennings of Carnesville GA; a nephew Fred Harris of Nashville TN; a great-niece Sarah Henderson Stronsky of Ocean Springs MS; five great-nephews Steve Cole of Jackson William Cole of Reno NV Ed Henderson of Memphis TN Leonard Henderson of New Orleans LA David Henderson of Ft. Lauderdale FL and Bruce Henderson of Tuscaloosa AL. Any memorials may be directed to Andrews Chapel United Methodist Church.
