Stephen P. Smith of Waltham died June 15, 2013 at the Newton-Wellesley Hospital. He was 72. Stephen was born and raised in Maine to the late Fred and Jean (Huntington) Smith. He resided in Waltham for the last 45 years. Mr. Smith worked as a custodian for the Wellesley Inn and Newton-Wellesley Hospital fro many years. He was the loving husband of the late Marie (Cormier) Smith and brother of the late Judith Lowe. He is survived by his sister Patricia Nichols, his brother Alan Smith, and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a memorial gathering in celebration of Stephen's life from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, July 2nd, at the Brasco & Sons Memorial, 773 Moody St., WALTHAM. Parking attendants will be on duty.
