Obituary of Stephen-John Timmins

TIMMINS, Stephen John (Nov. 26/71 - April 19/08) - The family and friends of Steve Timmins sadly announce his unexpected passing April 19, 2008. He leaves behind his father George Timmins and is pre-deceased by his dear mother Joan Timmins (nee Gaudet) . In his 37th year Steve has had numerous accomplishments in his life and touched many hearts. His drive for success was evident in his career as a member of the ICIT team in the Penetang Super Jail (CNCC) and a proud leader as Vice President of the OPSEU for his co-workers. Steve will be deeply missed by all his Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and close friends. Steve had a passion for life and the love of his dogs Cohiba and Cristo. In lieu of flowers, donations to Rebuild of the Midland OSPCA would be most appreciated in his honour. The Midland OSPCA tragically burned last year and is currently under construction. Donations may be sent to the OSPCA Midland Rebuild Fund at RR 1 Midland, Ontario L4R-4K3 or at the Lynn-Stone Funeral Home 15 Yonge St. S., Elmvale, Ontario. LOL-1PO. Friends may call at the LYNN-STONE FUNERAL HOME, Elmvale from 10 am to 12 Noon Saturday, April 26. A Memorial Service will be held in the chapel on Saturday at 12 Noon. Interment of Cremated remains will follow at St. Mary' Cemetery, Barrie. 11057837
