Stephanie Lyn (Letterman) O'Quinn, daughter of Gary Lee and Mary Elizabeth (Price) Letterman, was born January 22, 1974, and departed this life on October 2, 2006, in her home in Niangua, Mo. At the time of her passing she was 32 years, eight months and 10 days of age. Stephanie was a custodian at Hubble Elementary and attended Fairview Methodist Church in Lebanon, Mo. On September 14, 2002, Stephanie was united in marriage to Jayson O'Quinn. Preceding her in death were her grandparents, Jackson and Arlene Letterman; and her grandfathers-in-law, Anthony Welch Sr. and Jim O'Quinn. Survivors include her husband, Jayson, of the home; her parents, Gary and Mary Letterman, Marshfield, Mo.; her sister, Jessica Letterman, Marshfield, Mo.; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Jay and Sharon O'Quinn; three sisters-in-law, Shelly Dill and her husband, Andy, Elkland, Mo., Shawna Bybee and her husband, Travis, Preston, Mo., and Sandy Vestal and her husband, Tyler, Conway, Mo.; her grandparents, Otto and Erma Price, Marshfield, Mo.; her grandmothers-in-law, Marjorie Welch, Niangua, Mo., and June O'Quinn, Phillipsburg, Mo.; a close friend, Greg Deckard, Niangua, Mo.; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Services for Stephanie will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, October 7, 2006, in Day Funeral Home, Marshfield, Mo. Burial will be in the Marshfield Cemetery, Marshfield, Mo. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday in the funeral home chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Children's Mercy Hospital and left at the funeral home.
