CARTER, STEPHANIE A. (MARTIN), 61, died Monday, February 28, 2011, at her home in Radcliff. Born October 18, 1949, she attended St. Benedict Elementary School and graduated from Ahrens Trade High School 1967. She was preceeded in death by her parents, Russell and Anna Mae (Grant) Martin; and a sister, Mary Magdalene Martin. Survived by her spouse, Steve "Rex" Carter, Radcliff, KY; and siblings brothers, Russell III, Paul and Charles "Willie", sisters, Valeria "Susie" and Virginia "Pinkie" and special sister of the heart, Marion "Mickie" Martin. Also surviving are daughter, Melissa Wallace; sons, Homer Joseph Fuston and John Fuston; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. A memorial service was held with burial in St. Anthony's Cemetery in Peonia, KY.
