SMITH, Sophie Jean (Kerr) July 9, 1917 November 8, 2005. Jean was predeceased by her husband Jim; parents Raymond and Winnifred Kerr; brothers Raymond and Kenneth and grandson Raymond. As the center of our universe she will be greatly missed by her sister Gwen Bell; daughters Beth and Roberta; sons Pete (Bev), Doug (Peggy) and Ken (Joy); grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. She was an active Rebecah Lodge member and member of the A.C.W. for over 50 years in New Westminster and Victoria. Also a member of the Gordon Head Lawn Bowling Club. Funeral Service will be held at St. Dunstan Anglican Church, 1806 San Juan Avenue, Victoria, B.C., on Saturday, November 12, 2005 at 1:30 p.m. with Reverend John Steele officiating. A reception in the church hall will follow the service.
