JACKSON, Sophie (Sofia) On January 1, 2005, Sophie (Sofia) Jackson of Leduc, formerly of Sunnybrook, Alberta, passed away at the age of 76 years. Sophie is survived by her loving husband, John; three sons, Charlie (Carol) of Edmonton, Ronald (Brenda) of Westbank, B.C., Kenneth (Brenda) of Warburg; seven grandchildren, Craig, Terri-Lynne (Kamil), Shane, Ryan, Scott, Kaitlyn, and Logan; one great-grandchild, Makayla; three brothers, Andrew (Doris) Belozer of Calmar, Metro (Evelyn) Belozer of Edmonton, Walter (Doreen) Belozer of Calmar; three godchildren, Glenn Belozer, Sharon Rahmoun and Nancy Moody; and also by numerous relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Jacob and Anna Belozer and her sister, Mildred Hruschak. Prayer Service will be held on Tuesday, January 4, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. at Hainstock's Funeral Home, Edmonton (9810 - 34 Avenue) with Reverend Igor Kisil officiating. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, January 5, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. at the Warburg Community Hall, Warburg, Alberta, with Pastor Phyllis Greenslade officiating. Interment to follow in the Warburg Union Cemetery.
