ADAMS, SISTER MARY JUDE, OSU, 94, of Louisville, died Thursday, March 17, 2005, at Marian Home. She was born May 11, 1910, in Louisville. She entered the community in August 1930, making this year her 75th anniversary year as an Ursuline Sister. Sister Jude was a teacher for 69 years, having taught at St. Raphael from 1956-1959 and 1972-1 996. She also taught at St. Elizabeth, St. Joseph, St. Boniface, St. Ann, St. Vincent de Paul, St. George, Sacred Heart Model School, Our Lady of Lourdes, Our Mother of Sorrows, Holy Trinity and St. Timothy schools in Louisville and St. Boniface in Evansville, IN. She is survived by a sister, Florence Adams Larkin, several nieces and nephews and her Ursuline family. Her funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 22, 2005, at Ursuline Motherhouse, 3115 Lexington Rd., with burial in St. Michael's Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-7:30 p.m. Monday, March 211, 2005, at the Motherhouse, with a wake service at 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy are requested to be made to Marian Home.
