BOIVIN, Sr. Marie Olive Leona, SCE On August 14, 2006, Sr. Marie Olive Leona Boivin, SCE, of Edmonton passed away at the age of 98 years. Sr. Lona is survived by the members of her religious community, The Sisters of Charity Notre Dame d'Evron; a sister, Lillian LaForge; a brother, Leopold Boivin; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.. She was predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Emma Boivin; as well as five sisters: Alexandrine Drolet, Jeanne Noel, Irene Picard, Laurette Faucher and Blanche Cote. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Thomas d'Aquin Catholic Church, 8410-89 Street on Thursday, August 17, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. A Graveside Service will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery on Friday, August 18, 2006, at 10:00 a.m., with Interment to follow.Friends who so wish may make memorial donations directly to the Missions of the Congregation in Peru and Africa, C/O SCE at 8537-89 St., Edmonton, Alberta T6C 3K4.
