Service will be at 2 p.m. today at Copeland Gap Baptist Church for Shirley Williams, 55, Gadsden, who died Thursday, June 10, 2010. The Rev. Rickie Williams will officiate. Burial will be in Butler Cemetery. Morgan Funeral Chapel & Crematory directing. Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her husband, the Rev. Troy Williams Sr.; mother, Sally Gerhart; and brother, Bobby Ford. Survivors are her daughters, Beckey (Patrick) Story, Hokes Bluff, and Grace (Gerald) Humphries, Anniston; son, Troy Wayne (Mary) Williams Jr., Ardmore; six grandchildren; sister, Carolyn (David) Thompson, Douglasville, Ga.; and brothers, Danny (Sandy) Collier, Coldwater, Keith Collier, Attalla, and Mark (Carol) Collier, Rainbow City.Honorary pallbearers will be staff of New Beacon Hospice, Gadsden and Anniston.Pallbearers will be family and friends.Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. to noon today at Morgan Funeral Chapel. The body will lie in state at the church from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
