Falkville<!--Falkville-->Funeral for Shirley Smith, 58, of Falkville will be Tuesday, May 1, 2007, at 2 p.m. at Barnett Chapel Church with Bro. J.B. Dunn officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in New Centery Cemetery. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 9 at the funeral home. Mrs. Smith, who died Saturday, April 28, 2007, at her residence, was born Sept. 26, 1948, in Morgan County to Thomas Roden and Olgie Roden. She was a member of Barnett Chapel Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Smith; and one son, Henry Allen Roberson. Survivors include four daughters, Nancy Roberson of Hartselle, Geana McGill of Albertville, Tammy Blackwood and Lorrain Williams, both of Falkville; four brothers; one sister, 14 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
