Lakeland Regional Medical CenterLAKELAND -- Mrs. Shirley A. Scott of Lakeland died of lung disease May 25, 2006, at home. She was 77.Born in Milwaukee on June 5, 1928, she came to Lakeland from Midlothian, Ill., 28 years ago. She was a medical secretary at Lakeland Regional Medical Center. She was past president of the Grove Condo Home Owners Association. She was a member of Crystal Lake United Methodist Church.Mrs. Scott is survived by her husband, Robert M. Scott; sons, Michael Scott, Brevard, N.C., Bill Scott, Petos Key, Mich., John Scott, Kennesaw, Ga., Kenneth Scott, Mokena, Ill.; daughters, Nancy Bonde, Wellington, Caryl Wrehsnig, Lakeland; brother, Arthur Brink, Mauston, Wis.; 13 grandchildren.Memorial services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Lakeland Funeral Home.
