WHEATON, SHIRLEY ROSE - The death of Shirley R. Wheaton, wife of the late Allen H. Wheaton, occurred on April 12, 2006 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John she was the daughter of the late Frank Augusta (McNeil) Moore. She was employed with Eastern Foods at Centracare Inc. before her retirement. Surviving are her sons Francis (Rhonda) of St. Albert, AB, Allan (Josie) of Browns Flat, daughters Susan Wheaton and Debbie Wheaton, both of Saint John, Judith Curran (Kenneth 'Tommy') of Sussex, six grandchildren and several brothers, sisters, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Several brothers and sisters predeceased her. At her request there is no visiting or funeral service. Following cremation at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row (634-7424), a private family graveside service will be held at Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery. www.brenansfh.com [Telegraph-Journal]
