MARTIN, Shirley - After a courageous battle with cancer, passed away peacefully on September 4, 2011 at Toronto East General Hospital with family and friends by her side at the age of 59. She is survived by her husband Stewart and father Elwood. Predeceased by her mother Jessie. Beloved mother of Gwen (Richard), Sam (Alexandra), Melinda (Frank) and Shawn (Brittany). Loving "Nan" of Mathew, Tyler, Noah, Kayla, Joshua, Carson and Brandon-Lee. She will be sadly missed by family and friends.
