MARTIN, Shirley Joan (MacKenzie)1933 - 2013Peacefully, Thursday, October 17. Survived by her husband and best friend, Tom Martin, was a loving Mother to Tom, Glen and Sandra. Dear sister of Mary, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, and Aunt. Shirley had a life filled with love and fun travelling across North America with Tom, serving the Canadian Insurance Industry, Gyro, and playing golf. She was always active, teaching swimming as teenager for the Vancouver Sun programs, and singing in operettas in Kitsilano where she grew up, met Tom and was happily married fifty nine years ago. Friends may pay respects at the Kamloops Seniors Village, November 2, 2013 from 1:00-4:00 p.m.
