Obituary of Shirley-Lou-Epps Carter

CARTER, Shirley Lou Epps of Largo, passed away Jan. 23, 2013. She is preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Glenn Carter II; and survived by her sons, Glenn (Sue), Curtis, David, and Roger (Debbie); her five grandchildren, Heather, Jordyn, Baylee, Kyle, and Christopher. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to the Ronald McDondald House in Shirley's name. Memorial will be held at the Anona United Methodist Church in Largo.
