Shirley Allen, 60     TEXAS -- Shirley Allen, 60, passed away in Desoto, Texas, at her daughters home.     Born in Portland, Aug. 30, 1947, to Lawrence Ramsey and Josephine Stover Ramsey, she was educated in local schools. She married Wayne Allen Sr., Sept. 3, 1965. Shirley lived and worked in Portland for many years, before moving to California. She moved backed to Maine in 2000.     Surviving are two sons, Wayne Allen of Portland, Scott of Tampa, Fla., daughter Mrs. Fredrick Pitscher (Wendy) of Texas; three step sons, Terry Allen of Portland, Paul Allen of Augusta, Frankie Allen of Augusta; four brothers, Eugene Ramsey of Sabattus, Reginald Ramsey of Portland, Owen Ramsey of Poland, Henry Ramsey of Windham, three sisters, Josephine Grant of Sabattus, Pauline Burgess of Leeds, Arlene Walker of New Gloucester; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband; parents; and two brothers, Lawrence Ramsey Jr. and Scott.     A memorial will be held on Feb. 23, 2008, at East Point Christian Church, 70 U.S. Route One, Scarborough, at 2 p.m.
