Funeral service for Sherian Jean Johnson, 56, will be on Sunday, December 28, 2014, at 2 p.m. at God's Covenant Ministry with Bishop Ervin and Pastor Elizabeth Huguley officiating. Interment will follow in Eden Hills Cemetery. Mrs. Johnson passed away on December 21, 2014 at her residence. Mrs. Johnson remains will arrive at the church one hour prior to her services. A wake will be this evening 6 - 8 p.m. at the Russell H. Williams Memorial Chapel. Mrs. Johnson was a member of God's Covenant Ministry. Survivors include her husband, Major Johnson, of Jacksonville; daughter, Tonya (Brian) Howell, of San Diego, Calif.; son, Corey Major Johnson, of Huntsville; grandchildren, Khalil Thomas, Jasmine and Autumn Howell, all of San Diego, Calif.; siblings, Freeman Murray and Alenda White, both of Anniston and Kenneth Murray, of Talladega; other relatives and friends.
