Survived by husband, Stephen Harris, Greene; daughter and son-in-law, La Tanya and Scott Wilkins, Binghamton; son, Jermey Harris, Chenango Forks; stepdaughter, Samantha Harris, Newark Valley; father, Robert Mayfield, Tex.; three brothers and a sister-in-law, Robert Mayfield, Gary Mayfield, Christopher and Michelle Mayfield; father-in-law, Harold Harris; and close friend, Rita Manley; mother-in-law, Susan Curley; two brothers-in-law, Richard and Raymond Harris; two sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Tammy and William Caswell, Cynthia and George Hansen; close friends, George Yarnes and Leslie Babcock; nieces, nephews and many other friends. Sharon was a loving wife and mother. She enjoyed music and reading and loved animals.A Memorial Mass will be held 1 p.m., Saturday at St. Rita's Catholic Church, Chenango Forks. Rev. Stanley Garlock will officiate. There will be no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice. Arrangements are by Root Funeral Home, 23 N. Chenango St., Greene.
