COTE, Serge 1938 - 2007 Peacefully at home after a lengthy battle with colon cancer on Sunday July 8, 2007, Serge Cote, long time employee of 28 years at the Governor General's Residence. Beloved husband of Teresa. Loving father of Norma (Jose DaSilva) of Ottawa, Victoria (David Silveira) of Ottawa and Dr. Terri Lacourse (Will Stein) of Burnaby B.C. Precious Papa of Diego and Wade. Dear brother of Gisele (Andre Boulanger). Serge is also survived by his many in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He will be sadly missed by Noel Beaudoin. Predeceased by his parents Alphonse Cote and Irene Cote (nee Paquet), his sister Nicole and his beloved mother-in-law Della Caldwell.
