Obituary of Sean-Michael Henderson

SOUTH POINT, Ohio - Sean Michael Henderson, 12, of South Point, passed away Monday (November 15, 2004) at Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, W.Va. The Huntington, W. Va. native was born June 7, 1992, the son of Christopher Henderson of North Augusta, S.C. and Pauline Roberts Henderson Jenkins of South Point, Ohio. Sean was a student of the Open Door School, of the Baptist Faith and had lived all of his life in South Point. Sean is survived by (in addition to his mother and father) step-father, Christopher Jenkins of South Point; step-mother, Patricia Henderson of North Augusta, S.C.; three sisters, Kelsi Henderson, Serra Henderson and Kaylah Henderson of North Augusta, S.C.; one brother, Cody Jenkins of South Point; maternal grandparents, Thelma and George Lewis of Ironton, Bill and Angelina Roberts of South Point, Patricia and Perry Adkins of Proctorville; paternal grandparents, Jeff and Renee Harrop of North Augusta, S.C., Homer Dale and Amand a Henderson of Huntington, W.Va.; maternal step-grandfather, Charlie Jenkins of Pedro; paternal great-grandmother, Mamie L. Zorn of Martinez, Ga.; paternal great-great-grandmother, Noni Hager of Madison, W.Va., paternal step-grandfather, Herman Frank Boettjer of North Augusta, S.C. and paternal step-grandmother, Teena Anne Boettjer of Clearwater, S.C. Funeral services were held Wednesday, (November 17, 2004) at Phillips Funeral Home, 1004 So. 7th St., Ironton, Ohio, with Rev. Pete Davis officiating. Burial followed in Lawrence Furnace Cemetery.
