MIDDLETOWN - Scottie Lee Anderson, 49, of Middletown, beloved husband of Rosanne (Hernandez) Anderson, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 26, 2012, at Hartford Hospital.Born in Dyersburg, Tenn., he was the son of the late Mary Anderson. Scottie attended the University of Tennessee earning a degree in music. He was employed as an admissions representative at the Sawyer School of Business for 17 years and was an active member of Victory Christian Church where he played the keyboard with the worship team. Scottie was a sensitive person who had a great sense of humor, gave endlessly from his heart to everyone he knew and truly loved his family, his church and his Lord.Along with his wife, he is survived by his son, Stephen Anderson, of Middletown; three brothers; a sister; and large extended family.Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 2, at 10 a.m., at Victory Christian Church, 191 Meriden Road, Middlefield with Rev. Peter Leal officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Friends may call on Thursday at Victory Christian Church from 5 to 8 p.m., and in lieu of flowers may make donations in Scottie's memory to Kidney Foundation of Connecticut, 2139 Silas Deane Highway, Rocky Hill, CT 06067.
