KELLY'S ISLAND, Ohio -- Scott J. Williams, 46, formerly of Tewksbury, Mass., died unexpectedly Dec. 11, 2010, on Kelley's Island in Ohio. He was born in Lowell, Mass., Dec. 31, 1963, to Alfred M. and Shirley M. (Peters) Williams. He grew up in Tewksbury, Mass., and graduated from Shawsheen Valley Technical High School. His career took him to New Hampshire, Vermont and then Michigan, where he owned and operated Electrical Surveyors, Inc. He enjoyed traveling, hunting, fishing, camping, watching movies, rooting for the Detroit Red Wings and, most of all, he loved playing his guitar and listening to music. His black Lab, Blitzen, was his constant companion. He had a heart made of gold, gave the best hugs, and will be missed so much by his family and friends. Family members include sisters Sandra W. Gardner of Westminster, Mass., Linda W. (John) Dillon of Old Saybrook, Conn., and Midge W. (David) Smith of Merrimack, N.H.; aunts, uncles and many cousins. IN HIS LIFE: He was the cherished uncle of and was adored by Scott and Keri Gardner, Craig and Cole Dillon, and Matthew (Megan), Kara and Kyle Smith, and great uncle of Evie and Deacon Smith. SERVICES: A memorial service will be held in the spring. A memorial fund has been established in Scott's name through Fender Music Co.
