McKENNA-Sarah, a resident of Yonkers passed away on Saturday, June 29, 2013. She was 89 years old. She was born in Cartronbeg, Co. Leitrim, Ireland. Sarah was the loving wife of the late John McKenna. Beloved mother of Mary (Thomas) Murray. Devoted grandmother of Justin, Colin and Kristin. She is survived by her brother Michael, sister TeresaLonergan and her beloved cousin Rose P. Sweeney and was predeceased by her siblings John, Elizabeth Forde, Rose Clements and Mary Woods. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Fund or the Leitrim Scholarship Fund. Funeral Mass Wednesday 10 a.m at St. Ann's Church. The interment will take place at Drumkeerin Cemetery, Ireland. The family will be present on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at F.
