Sarah Lee Davis, 82, of 305 Ivydale Drive, died Wednesday, July 25, 2001, at her home. Born in Greenville, she was a daughter of the late John and Lily Tanner Thomas, and widow of Jewelry Davis. She was retired from Poe Mill and was of the Church of God faith. Surviving are four daughters, Betty McCollum of Easley, Carolyn Bridges of Fountain Inn, Peggy Holder of Greenville, and Miriam Hormell of Taylors; three sons, Clyde Davis of Greenville, Donnie Davis of Piedmont, and Joe Davis of Fountain Inn; 23 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. today at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Downtown. Service: 2 p.m. Saturday at Greenville Paris Church of God. Burial: Graceland Cemetery, West. The family is at the residence.
